Replaced an ageing main switchboard and three sub-DBs for a 24/7 manufacturing line — without stopping production.
Office LED retrofit
Swapped 650 fluorescent troffers for low-glare LED panels with DALI dimming and daylight sensors across a 22,000 sq ft floor plate.
Addressable fire alarm
Designed and installed a fully addressable fire alarm system across two warehouse blocks, including cold rooms, with full SCDF certification.
ACMV controls — retail mall
Upgraded VAV controllers across three retail levels and integrated them with the existing BMS for tenant-level temperature billing.
Reinstatement — CBD office
Stripped an 18,000 sq ft CBD floor back to bare-shell condition for landlord hand-over, covering electrical, ACMV, partitions and finishes.
Emergency power restoration
Late-night call-out for a smoking distribution board in a landed home. Power restored safely the same night, full DB replaced the following day.
