What the client needed.
Hard deadline — penalty rent on overshoot. Building had restrictive after-hours hot-works rules and a single goods lift shared with active tenants.

How we delivered it.
Ran six trades in parallel on a tight programme. Pre-booked all lift slots, used cold-cut methods to avoid hot-work permits, and stationed a full-time site supervisor.
Outcome
The result on hand-over.
Handed over four days ahead of schedule. Landlord signed off on the first walk-through.
