The brief
What the client needed.
The existing 1990s switchboard was tripping under modern loads, and the tenant could not shut the line for more than a 4-hour overnight window. Cable runs had to be relocated around active machinery and an overhead crane track.
Our approach
How we delivered it.
We pre-built the new switchboard off-site, staged a temporary bypass feed, and cut-over in two scheduled 3-hour outages. EMA-licensed workers handled all live terminations; we coordinated with the tenant's safety officer for daily permits.
Outcome
The result on hand-over.
Zero unplanned downtime. New board commissioned with full load test report, single-line diagrams updated, and a 12-month workmanship warranty issued on hand-over.
