ACMV controls — retail mall

The brief
What the client needed.
Mall stayed open daily. BMS was a legacy BACnet/IP head-end that required new gateway hardware to talk to modern VAV controllers.
Our approach
How we delivered it.
Sequenced works after mall hours, swapped 84 VAV controllers, deployed BACnet gateways and rebuilt graphics in the BMS. Calibrated temperature and CO₂ sensors per tenant zone.
Outcome
The result on hand-over.
Mall now bills tenants by measured cooling load. Average tenant complaint volume on climate dropped sharply in the first quarter.
