The brief
What the client needed.
Office stayed fully occupied during the day. Existing wiring lacked a dimming bus, and the suspended ceiling tiles were fragile.
Our approach
How we delivered it.
We worked 8pm–5am for 15 nights, pulled a fresh DALI bus zone-by-zone, and reused existing tile cut-outs to avoid ceiling damage. Daylight sensors were tuned per facade orientation.
Outcome
The result on hand-over.
Measured 52% lighting energy reduction in the first month. Tenant received rebate documentation for green-mark recertification.
